Step 1

Click the Post Buy Offer on the left menu of "My RIM" section. Also you can get to this page by clicking the " Buy Scrap" tab on top and clicking the Post Buy Offer under selling tools found on the left menu.

Step 2

Select the suitable main category of scrap and wait for the page to refresh. Select the subcategory.

If you don't find a match in the subcategory use the ' other' option and enter the type of scrap in the text box.

Choose whether you would like to buy it only in the local market or from the international market..

 

Step 3

You can also receive SMS alerts for your buy offer.

You can also receive SMS alerts for your buy offer. Now RIM offers free SMS inquires for both sell offers and buy offers. To receive SMS alerts all you have to do is to add your mobile number by clicking the update Mobile Number in the "My RIM" section. By clicking the update link you will be taken to the next page where you have to provide your mobile number with your country code. After clicking the update button you will receive an SMS message to your mobile phone from us within 15 minutes with a 4 digit confirmation code. Enter the four digit conformation code in the space provided at RIM to activate your SMS alerts. Now you are completely eligible to receive SMS alerts for both of your buy/sell offers. Once you completed providing your requirement to buy select the check box in the bottom of the requirement message box and then you will able to receive SMS alerts for the buy offer in your mobile.

Click Next button.

Step 4

You will be directed to the preview page with your contact details filled automatically. If your contact details are different from which you have provided during registration, make the necessary changes.

Once you are finished press Post.
