If you are a Trial member, you will receive email intimation with incomplete message. To know more details and contact information of supplier, you have to log into RIM and find it at the full message at "My RIM" section. You can correspond with the supplier through the private message board at site. All your correspondence will be recorded for future reference.

If you are Basic member, you will receive the entire details of the response in your email without the contact details of the supplier. But you can contact the seller though your email, without visiting our website. Any response from supplier will be emailed to you and copy of the response will be stored in "My RIM" section for future reference. Premium members only can receive the reply emails.

If you are a premium member , you will receive the entire details of the response along with the contact details of the supplier. You can directly correspond with the supplier through the email. Also a copy of the response will be stored in "My RIM" section for future reference.
