Every buyer response will be routed to your email inbox.

If you are a basic member , you will receive an email intimation with part of the message. To know more details and contact information of buyer, you have to log into RIM and find it at the "My RIM" section . You can correspond with the potential buyer through the private message board at site. All your correspondence will be recorded in the "My RIM" section.

If you are a premium member ,  you will receive the entire details of the response along with the contact details of the buyer in your inbox. You can directly correspond with the buyer through  email. Also a copy of the Inquiry will be stored in "My RIM" section for future reference.
