Question Title How to report SPAM SMS enquiries?
We have a scam-spam report feature at "MY RIM". From the SMS Enquiry details page, you can use the "Report Spam" option and send us the spam message.

As an alternate you can email the SPAM enquiry with the mobile number to SPAM@recycleinme.com
