You can rate a buyer or supplier based on your  business transactions. On every Inquiry you will find a button at the bottom to rate the Buyer or Seller. You can rate a buyer or supplier only once for a particular offer. Click the button and you will be asked for the following details

Rating :    - Click on the Stars, the more number of stars the more good
Business Value :    - Optional, You can specify the business value in US$
Invoice Number :  - Optional, You can Provide Invoice number or Contract details.
Details about the business :  - Optional, A brief about the business transactions
Your Comments : - Comments on why you consider the member Good/Bad

Click Submit. Your comments and rating will be displayed in the buyer/suppliers home page and all the offer pages.
